Default any information on Mesothelioma

My best friends brother-in-law was just diagnosed with malignant Mesothelioma on both lungs. I am not sure of the staging, but I am pretty certain that it is in the late, late stage. It went symptomless until about 2 weeks ago when he developed fluid on one lung.

Has anyone dealt with this or know of anyone who has had this disease?

From what I know, the outcome is not good, but if anyone has any input or ideas I would love to help the family if I could.

Thank you,
Judy
