Confused DO you know

I had anterior cervical diskectomy with fusion using instrumentation on c5-c6 about 4 months ago my pain is moved to my shoulders and back of neck my physician had another x-ray done the findings is moderate to marked disc space narrowing in c6-c7 is that normal....also bad head aches and just feel like crap and dizzy comes and goes.....

I don't know anything about those specific problems, but I do know that generally magnesium helps relax muscles and that in turn relieves a lot of pain. I use magnesium for headaches.

If you aren't using methylcobalamin you might want to get some and use it. You have had a lot of stress and that depletes B12. Dizziness can be related to blood problems related to low B12. I used to be dizzy a lot before I had B12 replacement.
