Confused colloid cyst

i suffer from severe migraines. 2 weeks ago i was told i have a colloid cyst. i cant recieve any government help such as medicaid and i can't keep a job long enough (because of my headaches) to get insurance. Is there anyone out there with any suggestions. Please help.
