Red face Please help pregnant and depressed!!!

I need help. I am currently pregnant and not able to take my depression medication. Can anyone please suggest to me things to occupy my mind during the day? I am a stay at home mom with a 5 1/2 year old son. My mind never stops and I can't ever get motivated. I feel helpless. I can't relax even though I am not doing anything. Please someone help.

Do you have any hobbies like arts or crafts, photography, music, reading?

Can you find a therapist, hypnotist or learn to self hypnotize? - there's books in the library on how to do it.

There's also something called EFT .

they have a free pdf download to learn about it.

sounds kind of odd I know but I tried it for my repetitive strain injury yrs ago and it did decrease the pain.
