mrsD, they did tell me about the time frames involved. In fact, it is written in plain English on the side of the bottle.

I am waking up at 3am, 4am, etc. so when I get up I take it, then it is usually a couple of hours before I eat or take the meds, etc.

If I want to sleep all the way to 5am, I take 5mg of Valium. I don't do this very often but I find it odd that I now wake up so early. Happened AFTER I detoxed off the morphine.

Just taking it one day at a time. Hoping all the biopsies are negative...
