Thanks for sharing this. I just read it to my teen daughter who is suffering from sever anxiety...it brought a smile to her face and made her feel not so alone. Thanks!

Strangely enough I was at PsychCentral just a few days ago looking for another article and came across this one again. I knew I'd posted it here somewhere, but wasn't sure which forum.

My appreciation for posting this, Lara.
Helped bring a bit of peace this evening, to my relapsed/tormented being.
Easily 'forgotten' along the way of TBI/PCS & ?), I 'lost' that awareness that I was indeed a HSP *pre* MVC/TBI.

1993, Fell on black ice; first closed-head injury; life-altering. // 2014 Now dealing with Peripheral Neuropathy, tremors, shakiness, vestibular disorder, akithesia, anhedonia, yada yada, likely thanks to rx meds // 2014: uprooted to the cold wet gray NW coast, trying to find a way back home ... where it's blue sky and warm!
