I know. Some days, I mean most, days, no Everyday is more like it. I get up and start thinking what needs doing. If I plan more than One or TWO things NOTHING gets done. Some days just eating is a major event I have to break down into steps. But I think it's, well no, it IS like a nagging Guilt in my mind as to what I have to do that day. The "Have to's" seem to always be in my mind. Some things don't Have To be done THAT DAY. I'm not a procrastinator, never was, so the Guilt eats me up if I'm not on top of things. We need to get rid of that constant GUILT. We are NOT machines!!!
