Default Great Tapes!

A man named Eli Bay does the most incredible guided meditation/relaxations tapes. He is from Canada He has the most wonderful, comforting voice. I highly recommend his tapes!

Does anyone know some kind of meditation that could give some rest to my mind and helps me in the pursuit of a good mental health?

May i ask what your disorder is , i feel like that sometimes. I can talk if needed( some one walks in there room and talks to me), has it progressed in time? If you can just leave me a messge in my mail box i do not know much about this site yet just joined today.

bluestone hasn't posted in a year. you may want to look at the dates. if the person isn't an active member, most likely they will never see your reply.

i will say most will feel more comfortable keeping conversations on the forum, until they get to know someone, before sending private messages.
