I just try and accept not being able talk how I want inside. I am mute most of the time except around very close family members who are used to me talking. Many people who come across me think im deluded, psychotic , impaired, drugged or just extremely stupid and they will just end talking to me but i refrain before anyone does this (many people dont have empathy and will be judgmental) but they dont understand the neurological and cognitive damage I have had in my life that has raped the quality of my life but even though my life has been so destroyed I still try and hold on I think because naturally even though too late I know how great things would have been without my condition coming on me as a child and also in early teens. I cant imagine how my body would be and my mind,, relationships,, experiences,, feeling,, family,, my life,, dreams,, ability,, memory,, and so many deeper things i cant explain that have been lost with the damage

but sorry for all this mess in your thread i just went off track like usual. i post on this forum sometimes randomly as a way to cope. good luck to you OP
Hey Payton, that's horrible. I know I'm lucky in some ways and there are far worse conditions out there. I can converse fine besides not finding bigger words some times and get through daily tasks fine. I just don't think about stuff much as I'm no longer good at it if you will.

So marijuana is what caused your issues? Was it at a young age? Have you tried everything possible health wise just to try and better it? I've tried many things for my condition and some help, some don't, but I'd be kicking myself if I didn't try em. Fixing my sleep cycle, exercising nearly daily (cardio is the good stuff), eating healthier, supplementing fish oil, and have your PCP do blood test of common things that can cause brain fog. You can google blood tests for brain fog and things will pop up. Mention them to your primary and he can check them if you haven't already. Have you pursued this issue heavily through specialists?
