Default This is scary

Hi all, I just came across this video of David Miscavage the leader of Scientology.

I am a strong believer in freedom of religion and freedom of speech.

But in this clip from youtube he speaks of their plan to "obliterate psychiatry". I found the language in it alarming.

I'm posting this to inform other sufferers of mental illness, but also to ask if any of you know much about this, and if it is a credible threat. If so, is there anything we can do as patients to protect our rights.

I respect everyones right to believe what they want. But I do not accept that a religion or a bunch of actors have a right to actively work to prevent access to medical care.

Thanks in advance. I am not allowed to post links until I have more than 10 posts. I hope to stick around and post more. But Im afraid the video may disappear before that happens. So I suggest doing a search for "scientology advocates violence against psychiatry" on youtube.
