YES Mutton i also think voulenteer work would really help!!! Bring porpose, self- essteem,vibrance, and just feeling like your giving back and doing something producive, make sure it is not toomucg reasponsibility at first , if you can only give 2 hours a week at first , or oneor two tasks there than do that!!
