Default 7 Ways to Manage Stress

Saw this on Yahoo this morning and it looked good
http://health.yahoo.com/experts/drma...-slash-stress/
1. Starts your day with meditation
2. Diet and Herbs (Double check w/ your doc. See below)
3. Positive Thinking
4. Exercise
5. Retreat to avoid Burnout
6. Journal
7. Use nature to gain perspective

(**I think calcium/magnesium/B vitamins/Fish Oil works very well for me personally. Everyone is different).

Ooo

stress cannot always be managed by anything.
I have a seizure disorder and with my seizures I bust my head open and break bones and get stitches and staples.
I'm not controllable by meds and i've tried over 20 had brain surgery have the VNS.

I think it helps to keep regular appointments with the doctor for medication management and also to double check with a holistic doctor to see what natural medications might be of value. Positive thinking and medication can be helpful...even powerful!

Adding to my list of natural products would be D3.
