Default A few concerns

Hi My name is Michael,

I have a huge fear of developing a really bad disease. Any kind of cancer, or heart problems. What I am really afraid of though is brain cancer and developing a brain tumor, or contracting HiV, even though I am not highly sexually active.

How can I overcome these fears of developing these horrible diseases?

Also, I think I have a problem with people. I dont talk much, Im a quiet guy. But when I am having fun, Im different. I talk a lot more. Is everybody like that, or is it just me?

I also am not quite sure how to make friends, how to keep friends, and how to do stuff with them. I am pretty scared to try new things, socially.

I think I have this huge fear of rejection.

Please help :thanx:
