Default GF CF at Disney World! Report and photos :)

It was GREAT! I just got back last night, but already put up photos for you guys. Really,. we had a fabulous time! I felt like I was a princess the whole while with all the special attention from the Chefs and the WONDERFUL food! Neither of us got sick at ALL!
I can't say enough about the great chefs! For Gluten and dairy free vacation, Disney world is great ! Here are the photos:

Thanks for the awesome photos and descriptions! I'm so happy everything went so well for you! It really is hard not to have a great time at Disney, and with all that GF/CF food... I'm sure it really did feel like MAGIC !

Makes me want to go back!

Cara

I haven't seen the commercial. Maybe I should look for it on youtube? My friend mentioned it too! LOL
I want to go back!!!
I want Grandma and Grandpa to come too. I think they'd love it.

I'm hooked.

Did you go with the dining plan? We've been trying to figure out how that works and how much it is.

BTW - you get used to taking pics of your food after awhile. I do it all the time I've done it Jamaica, Mexico, CO, WI...all over the place LOL!!

Well let's see! There need to be more food pictures on these forums!

We did not do the dining plan. We ate out a lot and we may have spent more money than if we did a dining plan, but it would have been close to that amount, so it's hard to say (I didn't actually add up and compare, but I thought the dining plan was expensive). We didn't want to feel tied to that dining plan, you know?

Here ya go!!

The 1st one is a spicy chicken and Pepper dish in Jamaica- this was my favorite!

The 2nd one is potatoes and steak. I didn't ask WHAT Jamaican animal the steak came from, but it was good. Goat is popular down there.

The 3rd one is from Mexico. Arturo [the chef assigned to me and another Celiac friend], would make us anything we wanted. One night he said - how 'bout some fish soup...this is what he came out with!

The 4th one is from my nieces wedding in CO.

The 5th one is me and Ricardo - the chef assigned to me in Jamaica. So, really taking pictures of food isn't all that strange. When you take pictures of the guys that make it for...that's a little strange.

Then there's the pics that I take of food we make around the house...but that's another post
