I don't always have time, or stuff, to pack a lunch on my longer work days. Shame on me, I know. I can no longer get the powdered meal replacement drink mix I was using. Does someone have a yummy, powdered meal replacement drink recipe, that gets mixed with water?
I found some breakfast type ones at the grocery store, but they are for milk, so I didn't even see if they were GF or not. Gluten is the only thing I need to avoid. I would prefer to not take liquid milk with me to work. Powdered milk is fine, although it usually tastes terrible. Thanks!
