Update: I've been eating kefir for the past week without any problems. I'm probably not going to eat a lot of dairy because I think dairy has other problems besides the allergens. Maybe I'll try to find a raw dairy source. I'm still not eating gluten, but I did find a really good GF Montina bread made by a company in Colorado Springs called "Out of the Bread Box". I think it's their best bread I have tried, but it's really expensive
![]() My strategies to treat the bacterial dysbiosis seem to be working. The abdominal pain is clearing up and stools are good, but I still have some gas. I had to take herbs for two months when I first treated the bacterial dysbiosis. Then, it was the holidays, and I was eating more sweets. I'm sure that contributed to the little beasties from coming back! I edited my original post to clarify that I didn't find the BioSET website useful, not the treatment. Claire
