I got my notebook started. I need more dividers. The Muffin, Breads, Biscuit section is huge, as is the cakes and cookies and Supper sections. I need to break them down. I may get organized enough to divide the muffins by fruit ingredient since nearly all of them has some kind of fruit or veggie.

5 X 8 paper is the size of a classic day planner. You can find covers for them cheap at office supply places, wally world and ebay. Mine zips. For years, I was never without my day planner.

Well, I finally got started! I figured out how to set the printer driver to use the odd sized cards my dd had given me, and printed 39 recipes in total. Now that I have all of the settings saved, it's just a matter of finding the recipes, and copying them to my computer! I'm keeping the cards in a tin. Not the best solution, I know, but I have no way to punch holes in them, and no binder of the right size to put them in, anyway. The tin has a hinged lid and is just about the perfect size. The disadvantage is that the cards lay in it, rather than standing up for ease of search. Plus I still need to make dividers. But at least I've made a start, and with all my recipes now available, I'm going to bake tomorrow!
I'll keep watching for some kind of a box that will let the cards stand upright. I elected to print using the landscape alignment, rather than portrait alignment, so I need a box that is about 8 inches long and a little more than 5 1/2 inches tall. If I can't find anything, I may just craft one out of cardboard and cover it in some pretty fabric to match my kitchen.
Oh, I'm so organized and creative!
Hugs,
