The start of the Phase II trial has started.

The multicenter, double blind, placebo controlled dose ranging study will evaluate the safety, tolerability and efficacy of AT-1001 in 79 Celiac Disease subjects during gluten challenge.

Hmmm - where are the blood tests? What are they looking for in the urine?

A second purpose is to study how your body responds to the drug when you injest gluten. This response is determined by testing your urine, and by capturing your daily and weekly gastrointestinal symptoms associated with celiac disease.
