Some people are extremely sensitive to gluten. Some not as much. One must be careful there is gluten hidden in so many things. Kroger chicken has 10% weight in "broth." The broth contains gluten (at least it did when we last checked.)

Many people with celiac have "leaky gut" which means they may react to dairy like to an opiate.
