There are lots of wonderful beverages that can be turned into something high calorie (for those who want to gain weight) or low calorie (for those who want to lose).
They can also be filling enough and nutritious enough to be called 'breakfast'. Coconut milk can add calories and nutrients for something resembling a milk shake. Avocado can add calories and nutrients for something resembling a smoothie. Fruit pulp can be added (or remain in the drink) to resemble a smoothie and add fibre (if needed) but keep calories lower by omitting coconut milk or avocado. Tools/Toys are juicers, food processors and blenders. Be creative! You cannot go wrong!! ![]()
