Default avocado banana pudding recipe

This isn't baking, but I think it fits into this thread. A friend told me the other day that she'd made a pretty good pudding by mixing together a ripe avocado and a ripe banana. She said some people like to mix in some cocoa powder too.

I thought it sounded weird, but when I got home I noticed that I had a ripe banana and a ripe avocado, so I mushed them up together. The mixture looked a little scary, but I tried it anyway, and -- surprise -- I liked it a lot!

Default Recipe request

Hello!
I am looking for a recipe for a flat bread or bread with no yeast,gluten,dairy,soy,sugar,wheat,....do I need to say more. Working with our son on his allergy diet, no rice, yeast, eggs, it has been difficult to come up with a recipe, I use all the alternative flours, need to get some sweat potato flour or make myself. Anyway, he can only eat fish, lamb, bison if choose too and I need a bread more of a flat bread to be creative. Thanks!

Hi Beth...

Have you tried any of the recipes on page 1? There are a couple there that seem to be what you're looking for...

The SCD pancakes w/ banana and egg?

Peanut Butter squash bread for a 'fluffier' bread?

Those two give you both a flat bread and a fuller one.

Wow, I thought this thread had long been forgotten!

Fabulous SCD recipe for that chicken bread!

Thank you very much for posting it. I'm looking forward to trying it.

Oops, I think I misunderstood. That's not a bread... it's a meatloaf.

Still... looks wonderful.

Note: lentils would not be SCD legal.
