Hello everyone,

I am new here but I have Celiac and have been on the GF diet now for almost 6 years. I have a question regarding Mornflake Oats from Scotland. Are they gluten free? I have looked on their web site and could not find any information on it.

Q: 1) Are oats available in the UK that are packed on equipment that does not pack foods that contain gluten? My specialist in Australia said that if I could find a non-contaminated source of oats I could eat them.

If you are going to eat oats, just be aware that some people might not tolerate them, even if they are proported to be GF. I am allergic to oats...
