Default Bobs Wonderful Bread mix GF

Hello,

I'm trying gluten free. Anything that can make me feel better. I love to cook and if i'm up to it, it's my fun.

I have been scouring the net for recipes. Unbelievable the amount of flours we can use.

I thought I would try a mix first.

I bought this product in a bulk bin, and made it as directed. I had it rise in my camping cooler with a couple gallons of warm water in old milk jugs instead of ice. DID NOT RISE.

looked online. Apparently the bulk mix does not contain yeast...grrr (It had yeast on the ingredient list.)

So i pulled it out of the cooler/warmer and mixed in 2.1/4 tsp yeast mixed in a tiny bit of water. mixed bread glob up and returned to my warming cooler. it rose beautifully, and baked up fantasti.
Whole family like the taste. MOIST.
tasted like french toast.
The flour is mostly garbonzo bean!
I used 3 eggs instead of 1 egg and whites to equal 3/4 cup.

Next day, dryer...but the toast is fantastic!!!
Go Gluten free!!!

Thanks to God that thru all the losses I have accumulated, I still love food.
