Default Test results

So my 3 year old has been fighting chronic constipation and bloating problems her whole life. She literally fills up her whole intestinal tract with stool to the point she gets sick and stops eating. When that happens she has to be flushed with multiple enemas over a week to clean her out. Laxatives do not work. Miralax is totally ineffective, as is milk of mag. She is currently on 8 squares of exlax per day and it is losing its effectiveness as well. We have been tested for Hirschsprung disease, which is negative. Her gastro ordered a full blood panel and the two results that stand out to me are these:

IgA - 39 (87-474)
Tissue Transglutaminase AB IgA n C - <1

Her vitamin tests are all in the lower range or below normal range. Please tell me what these two results above mean.
