Default Help needed

Hi all,

I went to the doctors just for a basic checkup as it's been a few years. I've put on about 8kgs in the last year and my diet has been terrible. Takeaway, lollies, soft drink. But I don't drink alcohol.

Anyway I have been feeling quite tired but put it die to work, 4 kids and a husband. We just built a new house and moved in about 3 mths ago.

Anyway my dr thought to test for coeliac which I thought was weird but the results came back:
Deamidated gliadin peptide IgG - 4 U/ml (<15) so that was ok

Total IGA - 2.62g/l (0.4-3.50) normal

Transglutaminase IgA 41 U/mL (<15) - not normal

In addition my iron levels are low with the worst being serum Ferritin <8 ug/L (15-165)

He now wants me to do a Bowel biopsy

Just confused with what this means?

Any help would be appreciated.

All other bloods were fine
