Thanks so much for your reply. The reason I was posting was to see if maybe it maybe something else. I think I may be in denial. My current diet is mainly all gluten and the thought of having to go off it is extremely daunting.
I suppose I need the biopsy to be done so I know 200% for sure - it is probably the only thing that will make go gluten free. I don't seem to have the normal systems - other than tiredness and short term memory being an issue nothing else seems to worry me. The 8Kg I out on I thought may have something to do with my brother passing away suddenly last year but I'm now thinking this may have triggered the coeliac? So I could be in the early stages?? Thanks again for your feedback as it's very much appreciated. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Hi Pennodream,
My doctor wanted me to try a gluten-free diet to see if it had any effect on my facial pain/headaches. It was all very confusing for about two weeks, but I wanted to let you know that it hasn't been bad at all. It just takes some getting used to. I don't feel like I'm starving or missing out on anything. I've been finding new recipes and I feel that my diet is a lot healthier than it used to be. If you're going to have a biopsy, don't go gluten free until after the procedure or it will alter the results. Good luck with everything, Cheryl |
