I just went to the specialist and he said based on the blood test I have a 50/50 chance of being diagnosed and they are doing the biopsy to confirm. They are also doing a colonoscopy to confirm its not bowel cancer due to my low iron levels. I'll definitely know in a few weeks!

Hubby and I eat a lot of non-gluten foods: lots of rice, some potatoes. We do buy Gluten Free soy sauce and usually keep a frozen loaf of Udi's GF millet bread in the freezer. For folks who are sensitive it is good to get rid of the old teflon pans, cutting boards, and clear out silverware drawers and toasters where bread crumbs might be hanging out. M |
