I found my way here. How's everyone doing?
Dr's say my repeat biopsy in May shows good signs of improvement. Getting my labs redone in November. Found a great man who is awesome about my diet. Helps me find more foods to eat so I have less cravings. Just haven't found a replacement for Doritos yet. I'll try to check in more often. |

Have you tried Amaranth snackers? I think the french onions remind me of some sort of corn chip...but it having been several years since I've had a corn chip, I can't say for sure
If you buy a bunch of stuff from NuWorld foods off amazon, they have the best prices. If you're just buying one...its better to combine shipping elsewhere. |

Hi Becki, glad to hear that things are going well for you.
Doritos? They are GF. Can't remember, are you sensitive to corn? Here is FritoLay's GF list(the also have a GFCF list) http://www.fritolay.com/fl/flstore/c...dID_364066.htm A chip I like is Lundberg's rice chip http://www.lundberg.com/products/chip.shtml Anne |

If you can't have corn, Terra Chips makes an awesome combo sweet potato and beet chips. To die for! I can't find the product on their website though. How weird is that ?

For whatever it's worth... Lundberg's rice chips contain corn as the second ingredient on the list. (I figured this out only *after* feeding them to my corn-sensitive kid. Oops.)
Also, I'm pretty sure that I've read that Terra Chips contain traces of wheat, at least in some varieties, though right now when I did a web search the only place I found that mentioned was in somebody's blog (namely here: http://glutenfreegirl.blogspot.com/2...de-potato.html -- in the fourth paragraph it says, "Terra Chips, the gourmet chips with exotic vegetables, should be gluten-free. But some of the varieties are not. I learned that the hard way...."). Sorry to be the ingredient grinch. :-( -Valerie |

I am not sure, but I thought I have read recently that Doritos are now not safe as the cheese has wheat in it. I think I read this over on Celiac.com
But I could be wrong as I don't eat them so I don't pay close attention to things I don't eat. |
