Hmmm. That's very interesting: about our skin absorbing magnesium.
I can't bend very well (despite the fact that the tetanus nerve damage bends me over) so I haven't had a bath in years. (I come clean, though.) lol when I had horrible pain from the tetanus contracting my muscles where I have peripheral neuropathy I put a ... compress, is it called a compress... that is, a washcloth soaked in a stiff solution of Epsom salts on my thigh, and it helped. I found an interesting article about how it helps... rsd... but I forget things, especially when I'm tired or stressed... I'm going to go look at my Epsom salts page...
