I made cinnamon rolls this morning for the first time and they were awesome!
Here is the link to the recipe I used: http://www.celiac.com/st_prod.html?p...=91hH9H1Ey0ro7 |

The look so good! Were they a lot of work??? Was it worth it ??
I just printed the recipe, and will have to try these one weekend. Fall weather, winter approaching, makes them look doubly good for a weekend treat . Cara

They were awesome. I'm making another batch Thursday night. I had cravings for some with all the TV commericals and decided to give it a shot. They are not hard to make at all. The only suggestion I can make is to roll them out on wax paper so they don't stick to the pan when your cutting them. I used my own flour recipe which is similar to the one listed with the link. I had left over cinnamon & sugar so I added milk and made an ice topping that I dripped over each one. They warm up good in the nuker. Even my DO (who is not GF all the time but does eat GF w/me at home) liked them - said he couldn't tell the difference.

I think I'll try them over Thanksgiving weekend sometime when I have the troops home. I've thought about giving it a shot, but never have in five years. I have made bagels, though, many times...but it's been a while.
