Default Your most important question regarding celiac disease / gluten intolerance

Hi,

I have an opportunity to speak with the Director for Celiac Research, West early next week and was curious as to know your most important question regarding celiac disease. I want to take full advantage of this opportunity by asking questions that reflect your concerns. I'll be sure to post a link to the interview once it's up on the resources forum the following week.

Thanks,

-S
