Default Survey for the International Celiac Symposium

Cynthia has sent out this request for our help. This survey is for all of us - gluten intolerant or celiac disease. Cynthia will be speaking at the Symposium in November. I am happy to say I will be attending the Clinical Forum part of this meeting. If you have not looked at the program, please do. It is an exciting program. http://www.celiacdiseasecenter.columbia.edu/symposium/
