Default newspaper article about celiac

I just saw this article about celiac disease in the paper today. Although it doesn't mention gluten intolerance, it talks about the 1 in 133 Americans with celiac disease, the people that don't display "classic" symptoms, and how a tiny bit of gluten can cause problems.

If you ever go to Chicago, try to eat at Luciano's restaurant that is mentioned in this article. They have a fantastic GF menu. http://www.dalucianos.com/

Anne, Thank you for posting this!

This time, I'm printing the GF Menu, and will keep it on my refrigerator door until we finally go there. It's nutty that we haven't yet, but we just don't go out very often .... period... so I don't even think of it.

Could you all set your calendars for the week before Jan 30, and then remind me to take my daughter here for her birthday...lol ????????? Well, I guess it would be easier to email the link to my husband, and have him set his automated calendar. Or, I suppose, I could remind myself...lol.

Thanks!

Cara
