I have only known that I was celiac for a month or so and am still trying to figure things out. I never had any symptoms of the problem! I found out only because I had a biopsy of an ulcer that was from a medication I was on. I am told that even though I have no symptoms, I need to stay on the gluten-free diet. Is anyone else this way? How do you know if you accidently eat something on the no-no list when there are no symptoms and how bad is it if I mistakenly eat something I am not supossed to? SO CONFUSED!
