We all know about the dairy content, so I'm not going to address dairy in this post... I'm going to focus on 'other' sources of calcium:

this is a wonderful thread. Would you like to copy it to our Vitamin forum here,
with a title: Calcium information? It would grow there , and others could add to it over time. I think it would be a great asset. My goal is to have many general topic threads there, so people could refer to them, over time. Just an idea.

I fortify just about everything we eat with Calcium Citrate powder. I use it lots in baking.
