Default Making rice flour

If you have a mill then get sticky rice and mill it. You don't make flour by add water and putting in a blender. You will find this rice better for baking. Sticky rice in considered a glutenus rice. It doesn't have gluten in it is a startcher rice. But you would be better to stop consumming all flour of any kind. Your body doesn't need it and you will be healther for it.
