Default Stumped again

We were on a roll! After removing xanthan gum and citric acid from my son's diet, he had 12 dry nights in a row! Until night 13. However, I've started using gluten-containing hand lotion on him (and me) at night. Our hands are so rough and chapped, and the coconut oil just wasn't doing it for us (although it feels great when first applied!). I need to make another trip to the nfs to look for the evening primrose oil as suggested by Mrs. D. In any case, could the topical gluten be the cause of our problem? Where's the pulling-hair-out sticky?

ETA: I didn't use the exact recipe for the coconut oil "Lotion", so don't let me discourage anyone else from trying it! I only used the coconut oil with a B-complex ground up in it!
