hi there. i'm caroline i have been on a gluten-free diet before i read some infomaion on it and my mum did as well. i have a book really good book too. i try gluten free diet back in 2007 for migraines and sim to have got rid of them at the time for not eating food with Gluten in them.
i now thought of doing it again and if it helps me it helps and this time to stay on it. any ideas would be great the doctors dont sime to what to help me with my migraine. i'm on meds and they dont work half the time. ideas would be great. caroline |

Hi Caroline. I am not real sure what your question is so I don't know if I can help you out or not.
Celiac.com has a list of safe foods and another list of foods to avoid. That website was a great help to me when I found out I was gluten sensitive.
