Default Gluten Free Bakery online

Just recieved this email

http://blackbird-bakery.com/shop/

Blackbirds aren’t exactly associated with deliciousness (take that crow feasting on a rotten corpse in the meadow).
Thankfully, Blackbird Bakery is doing its part to change that. The just-launched online shop is stocked with gluten-free goodies that don’t sacrifice taste.
Based in Texas, these pastry chefs use only the best ingredients (organic fruit, dairy, and eggs) and have modified traditional European techniques to whip up edible delights for peeps suffering from celiac disease, wheat sensitivities, autism, or autoimmune disorders — or those just trying to keep the digestive track healthy.
The selection ranges from classic brownies, banana bread, and apple pies to creative bites like millet bars, almond kisses, and savory muffins.

Post Thank You

Thank you for posting this link,
I have a few members of my family who suffer from celiac disease and I am always trying them find better ways to cook, and find ingredients, especially my brother who lives in a very secluded area and has very little access to such things. I know he misses his baked goods as he just found out he has a gluten allergy and is adjusting now to a new diet. I will be passing this on...thanks!
