Whole Foods has GF beef jerky.
We buy Susie's Lamb Sticks, too. http://www.susiesgrassfedmeats.com/products.html nuts trail mix (nuts, dried fruit, pretzels) I'll come back and post more later. Rachel |

Snacks:
Fruits, especially apples, bananas and oranges (well packaged and do not need refridgeration like grapes and some berries do) nuts chicken in pouches gf cereal chips popcorn (air-popped and individually packaged) Quick meals: quinoa with some brand of raspberry vinagrette pasta of choice (Tinkyada spirals or Mrs. Leepers animal shapes) with ParmaZaan "cheese" and green peas and flax seed meal chicken soup (see blog http://www.nurtured.com/glutenfree) we had last night quinoa with honey eggs and sausage |
