It seems like I'm seeing fewer of the new labels than I was in the first half of the year. :\ I wonder if manufacturers are just going to claim they haven't used them up, but in reality they're still printing the old ones.

Thanks for the link to the GF bootcamp, Al. I've just been there, and it was very interesting. I bought ink for my printer today, so I can finish printing out the lists of forbidden foods. I had printed off the OK foods the other day from another site.
My Mom, who lives in Akron, has come through big time for me. She made a trip to the Mennonite Market near there, and bought me arrowroot flour, rice flour, buckwheat flour, tapioca, xanthan gum, and I don't know what all. She's mailing it out tomorrow. I can't wait, I'm going to copy some of the best sounding recipes tonight so I will be ready when it gets here. I'm missing my bread!
