Well, I guess I reacted strongly because of my own experience.

Of course I think it could be at least partly responsible for your neuropathy symptoms! If you've never brought your level up to the TOP of range and sustained it over the long haul... you may not know whether it could help you or not. So, stick with it.... be sure you are at least in the upper 25% of range.... and not the bottom half of range.

B12 deficiency can even be responsible for GI symptoms... of course, gluten sensitivity can cause GI symptoms and B12 deficiency... so it can be a two way street.
