I have had a constant headache (aching/burning pain on top of my head - sometimes feels like a stabbing pain) with off and on facial pain and toothache for the last 2 1/2 months. I have seen a Neurologist and was diagnosed with Post Concussion Syndrome (I was accidentally hit in the nose in mid June - it wasn't that hard of a hit). But I haven't had any other symptoms (dizziness, nausea, etc.). So I am not sure I believe it is Post Concussion Syndrome. I am on Nortriptyline and it has not made me feel any better. My question is has anyone experienced a constant headache with the symptoms I listed? I am concerned and just looking for any info anyone might have. I have seen my dentist and had a CT. The CT was normal and the dentist couldn’t find anything wrong with my tooth. I appreciate any info anyone has.
