Default help

i punched my self in the forehaed yesterday.. igot in a fight with my gf and i got mad.. i didnt want to hit her.. i still have a headach... what should i do...

Work out why you feel violence is an acceptable response to a disagreement, and then work on ways to change.
Try listening fully, until you understamd their position.
Then, and only then, explain your position.
Once you all know where the other is coming from, you can work out a compromise.
