Default Permanent Ponytail Feeling

Does anyone suffer with a very tight head like having a tight ponytail when you don't have a ponytail. Would be very interested to hear what the cause and treatments are.

Interesting. When my chronic headaches were dxed, the definition was >15 headaches per month for 3 months running. I was glad when I got them down to 2+ per week, and then they were no longer deemed "chronic".
