Having horrible headaches, confusion, memory loss, etc.
7/23/12-Abnormal CT Scan: IMPRESSION: Subtle abnormality within the white matter of the left frontal lobe near the vertex. This finding is nonspecific but abnormal for age. Differential considerations include ischemia of unknown chronicity as well as a demyelinating process. Brain MRI imaging with and without contrast would be the best means of further evaluation. 7/31/12-Normal MRI. How is this possible? Does that mean nothing is wrong? |

Just a personal observation/opinion, but I wouldn't say having horrible headaches, confusion, memory loss, etc. means nothing is wrong.
Imaging isn't foolproof or conclusive; it's a diagnostic tool used in combination with other kinds of tests. Like other kinds of tests, each has limitations, shortcomings, and is subject to technical and interpretive differences. What do your doctors say? Doc
