Default Post Concussion Syndrome and school

Hey guys, in January i was in a skiing accident which led to a concussion, thats almost seven months ago and I still suffer from headache and sometimes (quite rare) nausea.
I have tried acupuncture, been to a chiropractor and a neurologist which prescribed me with medication.
The degree of these headaches vary from time to time, but it definitely seems as the pain increases with an increase in mental activity. Even just writing this makes the headaches worse.
I managed to endure the pain in school for almost two months before i decided to redo one year in highschool ( I live in Norway where the school hierarchy is somewhat diffrent.
Anyway I can still remember the extreme pain after an exam in math, after 4 hours I quite literary couldn't think strait. Is this normal for people who suffer from pcs?
I also would like to get you guys' opinion on exercise and pcs.
