If you have a sinus infection, it may require a short course of antibiotics prescribed by your doctor. My wife gets sinus infections, and that's the only way she can hit them.

I know you're having trouble keeping things down, but please keep pushing fluids; dehydration will only make things worse, and can cause headaches in and of itself. Believe it or don't, chicken soup/broth is good for this for a number of reasons.

If your bf has the same thing as you, is there any way that you can isolate yourselves from each other for a short time? I don't mean moving out, but you may be reinfecting each other and breeding stronger bugs in the process. Separate sleeping accommodations, plenty of hand-washing, and possibly surgical masks so you're not coughing/breathing/sneezing germs back & forth at each other.

If the migraine is due to something other than the mutual crud you're sharing, it may be a "status migraine" (I've had those) which may require low daily doses of an abortive until it breaks (or other treatment). This is a matter to discuss with a neurologist, or better yet, a migraine specialist.

Hope this helps, and that you can get in to see your doctor asap.

i went to my reg doctor today for a follow up for asthma and I also still not feeling any better from the upper respiratory infection but the upper respiratory infection turned into bronchitis but just a touch of it we caught it before it got full brown bronchitis.

we are worried about my bp it was shy high it was 150/100 the stress here where we live is to much but we are moving and the people that was causeing the fighting and drama are no longer allowed here inless the drama and stress and fighting does not come in with them.

we got to get my bp down and control it and keep it lower then it was I came home and lived down trying to get it to drop which it has because its been quite here and peaceful here today .

I think it was very high the other night we have a big fight and drama I was shacking and crying I snaped and yelled at the ones causeing the fight and drama but I don't even want to know how high it was then.

my older sister is having same problem with her bp to so we are going to have to watch mine to but I will also keep you all updated on how I am doing with my bp.

the doctor said my bp could also be so high because the pain I am in with my back and everything

I am usually a stranger to high BP (120-110/80-70), but I know firsthand that pain can raise it. The worst migraine I ever had sent me to the ER with BP of 180/something.

There are many other things that can cause/raise it, and many ways to control/lower it. I once learned biofeedback in an effort to control pain. I was never able to do that, but I am able to lower my BP by 10-20 points with it.

Can you take/tolerate any NSAIDs for the arthritis pain?

Are you able to get enough nutrients to keep healthy (otherwise)?

A few month ago I had some dental work done, and due to my own fault in misinterpreting what I felt (or didn't) under novacaine, I bit a severe wound in my own cheek that made eating near impossible for a couple weeks. I don't know if that's similar to your dilemma or not. It was so bad I stuck to soups for that period (mostly Progresso—they seem to have more "substance" though still no substitute for a balanced diet). The salt was a killer, but may have helped keep the bacteria down & healing faster(?)

That's probably not helping you any, and it's partly my frustration in being at a loss. I'm not even sure of a direction to suggest, and that bothers me. Maybe some folks in other forums (than headache) have some ideas/insights. Dentistry & Dental Issues seems obvious, but in doing a quick search of the archives for temporomandibular joint tmj quite a few other forums come up.

Maybe there are some ideas here? tmj biting cheek

Maybe a call or two to your doctors to convey that you need some help/guidance in getting through this(?)
