Default Sharp throbbing pain back of head

So for the last two weeks I have woke up with a sharp throbbing pain in the back right lower side of my head usually over the counter pain killers have been helps but past few days it has got worse the pain killers arnt helping it's there all day and keeps me up at night and today I've been seeing two black spots in my eye any idea what this can be?

Anyone who answers you is going to ask if you've seen a doctor yet and if not, to see one as soon as possible. Good luck to ypu.
