Hi Kaysey McLain
Hemiplegic migraines come in two forms; familial (a strong family history) and sporadic (no family history). The clinical signs are usually similar in both forms. I think that getting a neurologist to check you out is a good plan. The information here might help you to ask a neurologist informed questions; http://www.webmd.com/migraines-heada...ses-treatments .
